41-810A is a chlorine-free hot thread rolling oil designed for use on difficult-to-machine metals including titanium. Castrol formulated 41-810A with an extreme pressure package to prevent galling, seizing, and scuffing under the most rigorous workloads. 41-810A maintains tool life and finishes without the use of chlorine. Special compounding eliminates the carbon formation usually associated with this type of operation.
